Researchers who possess resilience can better cope with the diverse challenges of the scientific career, overcome setbacks, and maintain their productivity in the long term. Additionally, they often become valuable leaders who communicate effectively, find solutions, and manage changes successfully. In this seminar, participants learn strategies and best practices to strengthen their leadership skills and promote resilience in themselves and their teams.
