Mindfulness meets Yin Yoga

Mindfulness is the focus on the present, a centuries-old tradition whose positive effects are being used by more and more people.

For example, mindfulness can help improve well-being and reduce feelings of stress.

HHU students have the opportunity in the summer semester in the introductory course "Mindfulness meets Yin-Yoga" to learn mindfulness exercises and relaxation techniques to reduce stress.

Through the combination of mindfulness and yin yoga, not only the mind but also the body relaxes, muscular tension is eased, and emotional blockages are released. By working with journaling and reflection questions, the course supports taking a more mindful mindset with you into your daily student life.

The course will take place on Saturday, May 06, 2023 from 11:30 am - 2:30 pm at HHU.

Registrations can be accepted until 28.04.2023 via mail to health@hhu.de. Participation is free of charge for HHU students. If the number of registrations exceeds the number of places, the participation will be decided by lot.
